Going out with friends in Little Rock.what should I wear?

I’m from Michigan and I’m used to the East Lansing bar scene, which is pretty casual. Here, girls can get away with a tank top or tube top, jeans and flats or heels when you go out. Is this appropriate to wear when going out in Little Rock?

You can wear a tube top maybe black, with denim skirt and then with a pair of boots. it look simple and a bit rock. but on big earrings and of course with make up.
The city because chances are different kinds of jeans and you cant go wrong there are someones style is always good.
